I am looking for the person who already lives inside this world. You follow the creators who actually matter, not the local copycats. You know what is trending before it reaches your city. You understand why a video works, the hook, the pacing, the exact second retention drops, because you have studied it obsessively, not because a course taught you.

You already know this industry. What you have not had is the door in. No platform, no budget, no team, nobody paying attention to what you could already do.

If you have spent years quietly tracking trends and studying the best creators internationally, thinking I could do that if someone gave me the chance, this is that chance.

If you have ten years of experience but stopped being curious eight years ago, this is not for you. If you are the person who already knows what is coming next in this space and just needed someone to open the door, we should talk.

Remotely Empowered LLC is a US registered company operating from Peshawar. We provide AI powered remote teams to American businesses.

We are building the team here, in this city, from scratch. You would be one of the first people in the room.

What you will do

What you'd own.

  • Track global and regional trends and bring us what is working before it goes stale
  • Create videos using AI tools, from generation to final cut
  • Edit raw footage shot by the founder into finished short form content
  • Understand why videos perform, hooks, pacing, retention, formats
  • Publish across multiple platforms, English preferred
  • Post consistently every week without being chased

Tools you will use

The tools you'd work in.

  • Fast, talking style content. CapCut or Instagram Edits for the cut, captions, and pacing
  • AI generated visuals and B roll. Gemini Veo, Seedance, or whatever is newest at the time
  • AI voice. ElevenLabs
  • Traditional editing when the job calls for it. Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

You do not need to already be an expert in every one of these. You need to already be the kind of person who picks up a new tool in a day because you actually want to.

What we need

What has to be true about you.

  • A body of work you made because you wanted to, not because someone paid you
  • Real, current knowledge of trends and creators, not casual awareness
  • Consistency over polish. Forty rough videos beats three perfect ones
  • You can explain why a video worked, not just that it got views
  • English preferred, since briefs and trend research are mostly in English

What we do not need

  • A degree
  • Agency experience
  • Expensive equipment. A phone is fine
  • A CV

Where and when

On site, Peshawar.

On site at our office on Abdara Road, Peshawar. This is not a remote or freelance role.

Shift is 6pm to 2am Peshawar time, aligned with 9am to 5pm New York time, since this role works alongside our US operations.
